  1. Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

    • Answer: Yes, we can adjust our menu offerings to accommodate various dietary needs and allergies, including Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Celiac. Simply select the menu closest to what your guests will eat, and we'll make the necessary adjustments.

  2. Do you offer options for children?

    • Answer: Absolutely! We provide smaller portions at discounted rates for children, or we can create a separate menu tailored specifically for them, featuring kid-friendly items like Tenders & Fries.

  3. Do you provide alcoholic beverages?

    • Answer: Currently, we are not licensed to provide alcohol. However, we have excellent vendor partners whom we can refer you to for your beverage needs.

  4. How can I choose a menu?

    • Answer: You have the flexibility to build your menu from our existing menu items. If you have specific preferences in mind, our chef can also create a custom menu tailored to your event.

  5. What changes can be made at the last minute?

    • Answer: We require the final headcount 10 days prior to your event. Up to 72 hours before the event, we can adjust the final headcount and menu as long as it doesn't fall below the agreed-upon minimum. However, no menu changes can be accepted less than ONE WEEK prior to your event. Date changes are possible based on availability.

  6. Is a deposit required?

    • Answer: Yes, a 25% deposit is necessary upon booking. We offer a full refund if canceled within 30 days, a 50% refund from 29 days up to 72 hours before the event, and no refund if canceled within 72 hours. Please note that there is a 4% charge on all refunds to cover processing fees.

  7. What types of events do you cater to?

    • Answer: We cater to a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, private parties, and special occasions.

  8. Do you offer customizable menus?

    • Answer: Yes, we offer fully customizable menus to suit the specific tastes and dietary preferences of our clients.

  9. How far in advance do I need to book your catering services?

    • Answer: We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for large events. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.

  10. Do you provide staffing for events?

    • Answer: Yes, we offer staffing options, including servers, and chefs, to ensure your event runs smoothly.
